Transfer to Fitzroy Island by fast catamaran, trip approx. 45min in duration. On arrival, an equipment check, instructions and safety brief ensures everyone is prepared for a fabulous day ahead. We glide along the shore line of Fitzroy Island exploring this remote island's hidden delights. Visit private beaches accessible only by kayak. Enjoy a well-earned, hearty picnic lunch on a secluded beach and snorkel the island reefs, or laze in the sun. An ideal way to see the Great Barrier Reef and Fitzroy Island.

Itinerary

0800 - 0830 Pick up from accommodation. Transfer to Trinity Wharf for departure.
0830 - 0915 Transfer by fast catamaran to Fitzroy Island from Great Adventures Terminal.
0930 - 1030 Prepare kayaking gear and receive basic paddling and safety instructions.
1030 - 1230 Commence paddle around Fitzroy Island.
1230 - 1400 Enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach, snorkel the Barrier Reef and walk to the light house.
1400 - 1600 Return to island resort for 30 minutes free time.
1630 - 1730 Return to Cairns and transfer to accommodation.
